In the Bankruptcy Court Nash was further examined regarding Mr Tudor's reply. He maintained that liis previous evidence was correct in every particular. He never sent presents of jewellery to Mr Tudor'a daughters, and was not aware that Mr Tudor had any daughters, until he read it in. _ the papers last night. Nash reiterated that lie had handed the jewellery with his own hands into Mr Tudor's in the presence of two others, and still contended that Mr Tudor had not the slightest suspicion of the reason for the presents
