EARLY UTILISATION OF ALL MALE AND FEMALE LABOUR. PROPOSAL TO EMPLOY ENEMY ALIENS ON FARM PRODUCTION. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) Received April 23, 8.30 p.m. OTTAWA. April 22. The (iovernment is preparing to resistor every male and female in Canada between tlie age of 10 and GO, with a view to the utilisation of their services for national purposes. A proposal is now being considered by the 1-ouse of Commons that all enemy aliens be compelled to work on farms in order to increase production.
