THE CHERNIAVSKY'S.
MARVELLOUSLY INSPIRED ARTISTS. Uiere is no possible room for doubt as to the phenomenal achievements of the Cherniavskys in America. The Press of Canada and the United States of America, like all the other countries they have visited, have been lavish in their praises of these fascinating artists. One writer says: "AVc do not imply that the Cherniavsky's, as artists, comprise an organisation superior to anyone else, but what we can record is the fact that these young artists have created a more accentuated enthusiasm in the hearts of their audience than haß ever been witnessed in this city. That these three young en should be capable of accomplishing this difficult task, indicates that there is enormous celerity of musical development just now taking place. There is no doubt that these young and handsome artists are three of the world's greatest soloists, and the fact that they are able to blend their virile individuality into a. cneness, when executing their trios, is indicative of increased capabilities in virtuosity." Musiclovers in Hamilton are delighted at the prospect of once more hearing Leo, Jan and Mischel Cherniavsky in concert. They will give a n entirely new programme to-night at the Theatre Royal, and there is every assurance of a very full house to greet them. THE KING'S THEATRE.
He that is without sin among you, let him cast the first stone." This principle of justice is finely illustrated in "The Hidden Scar," the po- aful \\ irld Film drama being screened at the King's Theatre. Ethel Clayton, a.s the young wife whose previous mis-step threatens to ruin her whole chance of iife s happiness, acts with great power and lestraint. Hoi brook Blinn is seen also in a role which suits him perfectly, and the resit of the cast are competent and effective. The .setting of the drama, is a credit to the World producers, and the story has that touch of nature which makes the whole world kin.
