HAMILTON BOROUGH ELECTION
To the Editor,
Sir.—As there are quite a number of apparently good men standing for the Hamilton Borough Council at the election, but who are apparently very little known to the general public, I beg to suggest that a number of the new candidates, half a dozen or mure, ioin together and address a public ..ceting in the Hamilton Town Hall, say next Monday night. Five to ten minutes' speeches would be quite sufficient. —I am, etc., RATEPAYER.
