TRAITORS IN HIGH PLACES
RUSSIAN DISCOVERY. TSARITZA AND' MINISTER IMPLICATED. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) OPENHAGEN, March 27. As the result of the seizure of correspondence between the Tsaritza and M. Protopopoff, ex-Minister for the Interior, a secret wireless station has been discovered at Tsarskoeselo, which communicated with Berlin. It was installed by M. Protopopoff without the Tsar's knowledge.
