ENTERTAINMENTS

* THE KING'S

At the King's this evening the usual Wednesday change of programme will he screened. The feature film is "Fate's Boomerang," in which Mollie King will portray the leading role. The film is highly spoken of, and" it contrasts society life in New York with free life of the Western hills. The supporting subjects are excellent. THE CIRCUS. Messrs Emery and Baker's circus will give a programme in Collingwood street, Hamilton, to-morrow (Thursday). The circus comes with a great reputation and comprises a large array of artists, all stars in their respective departments. The Baker sisters, Barberina and Kathleen, will give a sensational performance on the silver thread: while Count Mac Donald, Australia's Harry Lauder, is a comedian and dancer of groat merit. The hill comprises many novelties, sensations and thrills, and the management guarantee "every act true to the hilling." One of the most daring acts is that performed by "Teddy" King, the daring bare-back jockey rider, also "Imp," the bounding jocky dog; hut as every act is a speciality there is no need to go into details. Suffice it, therefore, to state t.iat patrons can absolutely rely upon a first-class evening's amusement.
