TERRIBLE GAS SHELLS
SUPPLIED FROM AMERICA. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) i Received August 29, 9.15 p.m. LONDON, August 29. The Hamburger Nachrichten, in an aCr count of the British offensive, insists on the terrible results of sulphurous gas shells which America has supplied in enormous quantities. The British artillery, it ,says, does not know the meaning of economy of munitions.
