The division finely upheld the traditions of the Commonwealth and Dominion troops. It fought with great steadiness, gallantry, and untiling energy throughout. Its commander and all his men have ••very ri; lit to he proud of their achievements, and have the satisfaction of knowing that for each one of their casualties they accounted for about ten of the enemy.
