ROTOTUNA. Church Anniversary. The fifth anniversary of the Rotoluna Sunday-school was celebrated in the local church on Sunday last. I The dairying season has re-opened, j and the creamery is running daily with ; a somewhat limited supply of milk. j The weather during the past week has I been cold and wet, fine days being very ■ ran\ and in consequence there is little ! or no growth, and cows are not start- ' ing the season as well as could be , wished. Farm?ers are doing the best j they can for stock, and continue feedI ing with hay, etc., but the animals ! suffer considerably from the present : weather conditions. The opinion is | general that calves will be at a preI mium, and it is probable that a much | larger number will be reared than of i late years. Roads. j The incessant rams nave iiatl a bad I effect on the roads, some being almost ' impassable.
