N.Z. Competitions.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. At the N.Z. competitions Miss Pif.tcbanl and Mr Osborne won; the dialogue, in character, with the quarrel scene from "School for Scandal." Miss Prichard with Ophelia's mad scene of which the Judge said it was the finest amateur performance he had ever seen anywhere. In both sections there were a number of other* excellent performances to which high praise was awarded.
