The aviator, Rodigers, has arrive;! at Pasadena, California, and was greeted by an enormous multitude. He crossed the Continent in 49 days, meeting with numerous serious accident'. The aeroplane was rebuilt seven times. The- aviator lost twenty pounds in weight. The machine was of the ' Wright" type.
