MUNICIPAL STORES. MEALS AT COST PRICE. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received Sept. IS, 9.45 a.m.) PARIS, Sept. 17. Cherbourg and other municipalities are buying provisions and reselling, despite a pecuniary loss at market prices. In a little while they will open municipal stores and restaurants, where meals will be supplied at cost price, without charging the expenses of management.
