ARBITRATION COURT JUDGE
THE PROBABLE APPOINTMENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This day. It is understood that the question of the appointment of a judge of the Arbitration Court will be settled by the Cabinet almost immediately. Indications point to the conclusion that Mr Sim, the Dunedin barrister, who has just returned to the colosy, will be appointed to succeed Mr Justice Chapman.
