RE-ARRANGEMENT OF ELECTORATES. NORTH ISLAND GAINS THREE SEATS. (By Teleokapii.—Press Association). WELLINGTON, last night. The Representation Commission has allowed forty-one scats to the North Island and thirty-five to the South, a gain of three seats to the North Island.
