TE MAHANGA LAND SALE.

A most important land sale will be held by the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, at Hastings on Wednesday, December 12th next, and no doubt will attract buyers in searoh of exceptioual farm lands from all parts of the ooiony. The block to be offered consists of l'Js I acres of the Te Mahanga estate, the property of Messrs W. J. and A. F. Douglas, who have decided, on the request of inquirers, to subdivide a portion of their estate.
