ABYSSINIA.
THE AGREEMENT. LONDON, November ~1. In the House of Commons the Foreign Secretary (Sir Edward Grey), in reply to a question, said that the agreement between Great Britain. Italy and France, in connection with Abyssinia was not dependent on King Menelik's consent. It was a communication to liini for the purpose of showing him that his interests were not adversely affected.
