WAIKATO A. AND P. ASSOCIATION.
EXECUTIVE COilillTrEE. A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Waikato A. and P. Association was held at the offices yesterday morning, when there were present: Messrs J. Barugh (Chairman), A. Bell, J. Gordon, A. H. Waring, I. Coates, M. G. Farrer and H. Hawkins. Band Engaged.—lt was decided to engage the services of tne Himilton Municipal Band for the second day of the show. Judges.—ln response to an application by the Maugapai A. and P. Association, the names of Messrs J. Gordon, W. Chitty and P. E. Saddon will be submitted as suitable for judges at their show. Show Concerts.— Mr Abel Eowe wrote agreeing to arrange concerts for the two 1 show nights. Champion Certificates. The tender of Messrs Arthur Cleave and Co. was accepted for the printing of the champion certificates. Privileges.—The sale of privileges was imported as follows: Publican's booth, Messrs Moiloy and Adams, .£BO ; refreshment booth, Messrs Tidd and Stanton £27 ; stewards and luncheoa booth, W. J. Speight .£lO. New Members.—Messrs E. Proudlock, W. E. Perry, G. MoLead, H. B. Crawford, W. H. Atkin, C joper and Card, E. T. Abbott, E. Vickers and E. H. MoEwen were elected members. Judges' Accommodation.—lt wis decided to reserve rooms for the judges at the Waikato Hotel. Steward.—Mr A. Melville was appointed steward in the draught horse classes. Ladies' Cloak Eoom.—The W/'.T.U. whs granted permission to have a ladies' cloakroom on the ground, and it was also decided to arrange for a woman to be in charge of the grandstand cloak room. Green Feed.—The secretary was instructed to have a supply of green feed from Mr Saell.
