RAILWAY COLLISION.
23 PERSONS KILLED. NEW YORK, July 23. While a passeuger train was running through the town of Hamlet, in North Carolina, it collided with a freight train. The impact was terrible, and 23 persons were killed, most of the victims being negroes.
