The game was a close one, and although .the. scores, were,, small*; a good deal of interest was. taken in the contest. Instead of drawing the stumps, as usual wheu the winning hit was made, the match was played out, as a bat had been presented to the Cambridge team to be given to the highest scorer in the match.
