RUMOURED APPOINTMENTS,
(by telegraph.—press association). Wellington, Last Night, The Post says" A statement reaches us to the effect that the probable outcome of the Ministerial deliberation on the railways will be the appointment of Mr Cadman as Minister for Railways, Mr Ronayne as General-Manager, and Mr Scntt, to a prominent position in the service.
