Ralph's farm), FARM OF 365 ACRES (Land Transfer title), with 2roomed Cottase, 5-stalled Stable, 40 acres now in good grass ; balance is very rich alluvial flax and raupo swamp, partially drained and carrying a large number of cattle at present.
