Training Notes. Ax Claudelauds on Wednesday tho first to put in an appearance was Tit Bits and a bay filly. The morning was rather foggy and the work jvas not started till about G. 30., when Leila and Too Soon spurted about half-a-mile, both moving well. Then Valentine, Tit Bits and Zicoi went a mile on the course proper at a strong pace, Tit Bits and Valentine finishing within a head of each other. Lottery went two miles on the plough alone. Bob and a colt of Mr Bullock Webster's went once round at a good pace. Lupin went very strong and I like him better this time. Nelson. (BT ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.— COPIKiaHT.) London, March,24.' The Times, referring to the Hon. James White's Derby candidates, states that the debut of the colts at Newmarket will be awaited with much interest by all sporting men. The betting is 18 to 1 against Narellan and Kirkham (coupled) for the Derby. Normanby and Plutareh ran last in the Trial Stakes at the Lincoln meeting. Plutarch started in the Trial Stakes merely to ascertain the relative form of Mr White's horses. I
