HAMILTON DOMAIN BOARD.
The ordinary meeting of the above Board took place on Wednesday last. Present: Messrs Isaac Coates (in the chair), Scott, Wood, Parr, and Salmon. The minutes were read and confirmed. Applications were received from Messrs Moore and Neil Johnston to have lots 25 and 26 put up for sale at an upset price of ss. —An application was also received from Mr T. M. Hill, to have lot 320, West, put up at an upset price of 10*. It was also resolved that lots aSO and 352, West, and lots 3G5, 361 i, 367 and 368, East, be put up for sale at an upset price of 10s and 5s respectively.—The annual accounts were received from the auditor and passed.—Mr Seddon wrote, re Hamilton East domain drain. The secretary was instructed to write, informing Mr Seddon that they had no funds to underlie work.—Re Hamilton West main drain": It was lesolved to engage John Dixon for one week to do necessary work at 5s per day.—lt was resolved to offer the Galloway Recreation Reserve at an upset price of ss. —A-coounts amounting to £7 13s were passed for payment.
