The chairman submitted the confirmatory resolutions in a few remarks, and they were carried. The president referred to the death of Mr William Inueß' Taylor, director. .He stated that the vacancy thereby caused on the directorate could not be re-filled as it. was only a question of days when the Board would pass , ' out of existence altogether. The president also stated that Major George was on his way to London to confer with the .Board there re transfer of control from the colony.
