IRISH AFFAIRS.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT.) London, March 20. It-is reported* that Lord Wolseley has been appointed Commander of Ireland. Hon. John Morley speaking at Stepney, denied that any compact had been made with the Irish. Such a course, he said, was contrary to liberal traditions end education.
