LABOUR QUESTION.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT). London, February 11. Mr H. Matthews, Secretary of State, has agreed to receive on Monday next a deputation of miners to support the Eight Hours' Bill, introduced by Mr It. Cunningham, M.P. for the North Western Division of Lanarkshire. Dundee, February 11. The dockmen have struck for an increase of wages to eight pence an hour.
