London, February Tenders were opened, to-dnv, foi the Victorian loan of £1,500,000 at 4 per cent, the minimum of which wa« fixed at £102. The total amount tendered was £11,000,000. Tender* of £1015 8s Gd will receive 22 per cent of their application, above that in full. Tenders were also opened for the Welling ton Harbour Board Lo.vn of fi^O.OOO at 4<> per cent, the minimum of which was !)7J. The wholo amount was subset ibed. Tenders for £102 Kis receive 50 per cent of theii application ; above that in full.
