Wellington, Monday Night. There i.s nothing new politically. Sir G. Grey and Mr Dai'gaville have arrived, but so far have not communicated politically with anyone. Mr Dick has not yet left for the South or resigned, but has practically handed over charge of the Colonial Secretary's office. It is generally understood that the Ministry will retain office until the Hou&e meets, and then resign, in which case Sir J. Vogel is sure to be sent for to form the Ministry. His health is rapidly improving.
