Pound at CAMBiunGE West. — Petitions for and against the establishment of a public pound at Cambridge West weie lead.— It was proposed by Or. Grice, seconded by the chairman, that the consideration of these petitions stand adjourned till the next meeting.— Carried. Closing Roads.— lt was proposed by Cr. Gennaim, seconded by Cr. Tisdall, that the action of the Mangapiko Highway Board in the matter of closing roads in that district be confirmed.— Can ied.— lt was proposed by Cr. Grice, seconded by Cr. Lake, that the action of the Pukekura Highway Board in the matter of closing roads in that district be confirmed.— Carried. CoMMirrEKS. — It was proposed by Or. Germaim, seconded by Cr. Tisdall, and carried, that the following committees be appointed :— Ors. Lake, Tisdall, Teasdale and Gevinaun, voads and bridges ; Crs. Grice, Bruce and Germann, county property ; Crs.
