Annual Meeting.
The annual meeting was held yesteulay. There were present : Mr Lake (cha.ii man), Crs. Geimanu, Tisdall, Grice, Tcabdalo, Buice and Lamb. On the motion of Cr. Tisdall, seconded by Cr. (.rricc, Cr. Gennann took the chair. It was then propped by Cr. Tisdall, seconded by Cr. Grice, that Mr Lake bo chairman for the ensuing year. This was carried unanimously. Cr. Gennann moved a hearty vote of thanks to Mr Lake for the energetic mannor in which he had fulfilled the onerous duties of chairman during the past year. This was seconded by Cr. Teasdale, and cariied unanimously. Mr Lake then took the chair.
