Sydney, April 3. The New South Wales revenue last quarter amounted to £1,310,000. a decrease of £162,."500 as compared with the same quarter last year. The Customs revenue increased by £23,500 and thu| railway receipts by £49,250 but the revenue from the land shows, a decrease of £148,000. The expenditure for the March quarter amounted to £1,410,000. The revenue for the year, which ended, 31st March, is £7,260,000, an increase of 1 £250,500 as nompaied with the year ISB2.
Melbourne, April 3. ■ It is expected that the Intercolonial Postal Conference will meet iv Sydney early next month, The overland telegraph line between Adeliade and Port Darwin is interrupted.
