At the New Zealand Insurance Company's annual meeting, £10.000 was can ied to the reserve fund, and a dividend of 15 per cent, declared. In the Supieme Court, the Judge declined to give the plaintiff costs in tho case brought by tho Albert Reserve residents to stop the erection of a circus. A meeting of Davidsons creditors has been held. The liabilities are stated at £1200, and the assets at £250.
