Prince Arthur will stand at Ohaupo on Monday-; Cambridge on Tuesday; Hamilton on Wednesday and Thursday ; Ngaruawahia on Friday ; and Hamilton oa Saturday. Terms — £5 each mare : Groomage Si e«oh. All payments by Ist January, 1876. For further particulars apply to the undersigned. The undersigned would remark that Prince Arthur has established a reputation for producing heavy draft stock, equal to the best ever bred in this colony, and three of his stock are now serving as Heavy Draught Sires in the Auckland District, where the Prince Arthur served successfully for several years. Wednesday ni gtit Remainder of week The attention of breeders is particularly drawn to this horse's pedigree, his sire being the celebrated Prince •Charlie, a horse that was never beaten, no matter how good the company. Bacon of Clyde— (of the pure Clydesdale breed)— is a rich bay. He has great strength of bone, beautiful symmetry, superior action, is perfectly quiet, and is a good worker He was bred by those wellknown breeders, Messrs, W and J Macßonald, of Halcombe, Melbourne. Baron of Clyde was only eihibited once as a yearling, viz., at the National Show, Kyneton, where he gained first prize. As a two year old, he gvned first prize at Castlemaine, h"rst at Kyneton, second at Smeaton, first at jDaylesford, and second at Bacchus Marsh, As a three year old he gained first prize at Bendigo, gec on( l at Smeatoo, first at Kyneton, and first at Dajesford, Sire Old Prince Charley, imported ; Da ra > Blossom. Prince Charlie was exhibited sev en times before leaving Scotland for Victoria, a n <l gained seven first prizes, including the Highland Agricultural Society's Show at Gligow, in 1859, compelling against thirty others. In Victoria, Prince Charlie gained a great number of prizes, including the Port Philip Farmer's Challenge Cup, value LBO, in 1839, IS6O, and 1862 ; grandsire, Farmer. Blossom, dam of Baron of Clyde, by Lothian Tarn, imported, was exhibited five times, and gained four first prizes and one second prize; first priae at Castlemaine, second at Smeaton, first at Smeaton the following year, and two firet prizes at Daylesford. Terms, £4 each mare, two or more maTei as per agreement.
