PRELIMINARY PROSPECTUS OF THE HAMILTON PUBLIC HALL COMPANY. It is proposed to establish a Company under the above title, for the purpose of erecting a suitafble Public Hall in Hamilton, That the waut of such a building is much felt is indisputable, ffhe people are at present entirely dependent for accommodation upon the courtesy of the Officer Commanding the district, or of tho Resident Magistrate, lor tlie time being, of Waikato. The present undertaking proposes to remedy -this deficiency by providing a place where all classes and sections of the community can meet for publio purposes. The Government have been applied to for a site for 'the proposed hall, md there is little doubt that the request will -fee acceded to. The capital will consist of 500 shares, of £1 each, payable as follows: — 5a upon application, and 5s each succeeding "Month, As soon as a sufficient number of shares have been applied for, a meeting of the shareholders will be convened for the purpose of electing officers and provisional directon, deciding upon the pldn of the building, and other necessary preliminary matters. Applications for shares can be made to Mr Kbnneot Hull, Victoria street, Hamilton.
