BOWLING.
OTAUTAU (21) v. APARIMA (12). On the Otautau green on Monday afternoon Aparima B.C. again placed representatives to do battle for the “stars” against the redoubtable Otautau rink. Tlie word redoubtable is used advisedly for 'the reason that they have not only secured five successive wins from, selected representative rinks, but have done so handsomely. In the game on Monday the rinks were: Aparima.—De Clifford, McKinnon, Provan, Smith (s); Otautau.—King, Richards, Tonkinson, Gordon (s). The afternoon was dull, and at about four o’clock rain commenced to fall and continued heavily throughout the last half of the game.
