A will case came before the Judge to-day, when a husband opposed the granting a probate of a will made by his wife without his knowledge leaving her money to her father and mother. The will had been signed and witnessed in the presence of her brother and si.-ter, and it was shown that deceased was subject to illusions during her illness. The Judge adjourned his decision, as the evidence was not clear as to what date the mental aberrations were first manifested.
