NOT MANY RADICALS RECOVERY CONFERENCE NEXT OTTAWA, October 16. The complete returns intensify the rout of the Radical Party. Of 245 seats, followers other than those of the two old-line partlies have only 36 altogiether. Mr Mackenzie King will issue a call for a recovery conference of all provincial Premiers. The Conlsiervatives, led by Mr R. B Bennett, and the Liberals, led hr Mr W. L. Mackenzie King, are the traditional! parties. The Co-operative Commonwealth Federation under Mr J. S. Woodsworth, is a Socialist party, and made some gain in recent provincial ejections. The Reconstruction party is led by Mr H. H. iStevens, who was a member of the Bennett Ministry until he was forced to resign after he had harshly attacked the practices of big fiusinesis interests. The Liberals won T 65 seats, the Conservatives 40; Social Credit 13.
