TRADE AGREEMENT
RUSSIA AND AMERICA BIG SOVIET PURCHASES By Telegraph—Copyright —Press Assn. WASHINGTON, July 13. The United States and Russia have signed a trade agreement which is expected to treble /rade between the two countries. It pledges the Soviet to buy 30,000,000 dollars' worth of goods in the United States in the next 12 months. The agreement does not mention the Imperial Russian debt of 700,000,000 dollars.
