Bequest to Featherston.

Tho Featherston Borough Council has been advised that under the will of the late Mr W. E. Bidwell, 0.8. E., of Rototowai, £5OO has been bequeathed to the Municipal Council of Featherston, and £5OO to the Featherston Literary Institute. The council placed on record its appreciation of the generous gifts of the late Mr Bidwell, and w'll consider the expenditure in a manner commensurate with the kindiv thought of the donbr.
