(Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Neither the Hon. Downie Stewart nor Mr. R. A. Wright attended the meeting of the Coalition caucus to-day, adopting the attitude that no further purpose would be served by their participating in the deliberations as to the exchange question.
