The “Daily Mail’s” Paris correspondent says that as a result of a two hours’ conference at Elysee between M. Le Brun, M. Tardieu and M. Herriot, the latter will be invited next week to form a Government. M. Tardieu is understood to have promised that he and his followers are ready to enter a “gentleman’s agreement ’ ’ not to attack M. Herriot’s Government so fas as vital questions of foreign and financial policy are concerned.
