JOBS I'o BE PICKETED
ACTION ON MONDAY
(Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day
Only three hundred men, mostly single, were detailed for work on relief jobs to-day and there was a good turn out. No jobs are picketed. On Monday, 2,750 men will be allocated and it is understood that all jobs are to be picketed that day, which, consequently, may oe expected to give a clear indication of what the strike position is.
PICKETING NOT ALLOWED
GOVERNMENT’S DECLARATION

VOLUNTARY RECOMMENDATION SINGLE MEN’S CAMP The Labour Department is in receipt of a voluntary letter from several men at the Owhango camp, near Taumarunui, assuring single men who are doubtful as to conditions, that the accornmdation could hardly be excelled.
