SELECTIONS FOR TO-NIGHT
IYA AUCKLAND. —A miscellaneous concert at IYA will be composed of items by local artists, the Chamber Orchestra, and selected recordings.
2YA WELLINGTON.—A half-hour’s recital of the latest light recording will open the evening’s programme.
3YA CHRISTCHURCH—The W.E.A. session will be devoted to “Horticulture” the third of a scries of Iccturettes by Mr M. J. Burnett. Superintendent,’ of City Reserves. Numerous recordings will be interspersed through out the studio . items given by Mr S. W. Armstrong (baritone) Les G*rummitt (novelty pianist) and the Studio Orchestra under Harold Bock. 4YA DUNEDIN.—The second of the series of W.E.A. lectures, “A Glide Through the Depression” will be given by Mr Lloyd Ross M.A., when he will review “The Industrial Problems.”
