Mr. Forbes states that it is not the intention to issue a proclamation under the Public Safety Conservation Act, the present force being considered strong enough to cope with any situation that might, arise.
The Ottawa delegation has not been selected yet. Mr. Forbes says that Cabinet has been too busy,
