DISPLAY RY ROAOHS’ LTD. SEASON’S BEAUTIFUL GOODS. There was a steady stream of people to the Masonic Hall at Waipukurau, throughout yesterday afternoon whfn Messrs Roachs’ Ltd’s Waipukurau and Hastings branches staged a very interesting mannequin parade which was much appreciated. Every spring this firm present the new fashions in the best way possible, namely, on living models in special fashion parades. Yesterday Messrs Roachs’ Ltd. displayed the fashions for Spring 1930. Frocks, suits, coats, hats and smart accessories. Many of the garments were actual copies of Paris models, though they were actually produced in New Zealand. From w r hat "was displayed yesterday it was evident that styles were never more interesting, more diversified, or more suited for individual needs. Yesterday’s fashion and tea parade was fully up to the high .standard which Messrs Roachs’ have set, and this progressive firm claims to have demonstrated once again that style does not always depend upon * price.
