Young Stowaways

THREE ON THE MAUNGANUI. . ON ARRIVAL AT WELLINGTON . (Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, Last Night. When the Maunganui moored in the morning, she was boarded by the police, and their search for suspected stowaways was successful. Two young men were found to be hiding in one of the ship’s lifeboats, and another, whose name was not on the passenger list, was arrested while walking about the decks. Two of the stowaways were New Zealanders and the other an Australian. Their ages are 18, 20, and 21 years.
