UNLICENSED LORRY.
DRIVER FINED. CARTERTON, To-Day. At the Police Court this morning, before Justices of the Peace, Charles Robert Leighton was charged witff driving a 2-ton motor lorry without the same being licensed. He was fined £5 and his driver’s license cancelled for .12 months. Two further charges —of driving a lorry without number plates and with negligent driving were also preferred against him. He was convicted and discharged on each.
