‘'The end of the coal dispute is in sight,” is the practically unanimous verdict in all quarters. The miners’ executive w'ill meet the General Council of the Trade Union Congress to-inorrowq after w’hich a meeting with Air Baldwin is most likely. It is the first time for months that such an optimistic air has surrounded the negotiations.
