OPINION OF CORONER. “It appears that sometimes dogs arc better looked after in the streets than children, and this case is a natural consequence of allowing a child to w-andcr unprotected,” said Mr H. R. Oswald, coroner, in recording a verdict of “accidental death” at an inquest at Chelsea on Joseph Ph ilips (4), or Fulham. The boy, who was knocked down by a motor lorry, died in hospital.
