Several washouts occurred on the. railways particularly south coast line and Woy Wpy, owing to the,, rain. Several train services are interrupted by the flood waters, but no serious damage '.is reported. Landslides 00-currcd -currcd in some parts. A good deal of damage was done to the roads and many residences were flooded to a concsiderablc depth. Interstate telegraph services are badly affected. The outlook .s not bright.
